Toi Whakairo is our expression of creative excellence. It is rooted in our unique cultural narrative and encompasses the spiritual and physical world view of our atua and tūpuna.

It is present in our many creative expressions from whakairo to raranga to waiata.

We have designed wānanga to support marae communities to deepen their understanding of and engagement with toi whakairo, including master planning We provide resources, mentorship, and opportunities to strengthen hapū knowledge and practice of toi whakairo, with the goal of reclaiming and preserving their places of cultural excellence and on-going learning.
